Louw Nida style tagging (93.167) for Hebrew text?
Is there a book even close to the tagging found in Louw Nida for the Old Testament?
Maybe there is a work around someone might expand on.

The Bible Sense Lexicon covers much of the same background as Louw-Nida for the Hebrew Bible and Greek New Testament (and we hope a bit more ground). The documentation on the resource can be found HERE. I personally worked on the BSL and would be glad to answer any specific questions. It is accessible by right clicking a word (see below) in many texts of the Bible within Logos and in many reverse interlinears.

Jeremy, you're up early.
I know you like BSL (gee) but may I make a few comments on why I pick the Swanson series first? Speaking to BSL usability.
1. Can't go to my library and quickly open it. Instead, contra the name, it's a dataset. I can however put it in a layout. But I have to remember the trail, for access (RI's or right-click on the correct resource).
2. I can't link BSL ... even if layout-able.
3. If I use the Info panel ( now effectively the right-click menu always open and even linkable), everything is included .... except sense. Indeed clicking on a word in NRSV (sense enabled) pulls up the apprpriate Swanson volume.
I'm sure I'll be in hot water, but I get the feeling sense is not a strong player in the Logosland UI?

Thank you, Denise. We appreciate the feedback on DBL. We made use of the Dictionary of Biblical Languages a number of times in the process of creating the BSL. I know it was certainly a good starting point for our analysis so I am glad to hear positive feedback on it as well. It gives me the sense that we were starting from a good foundation. Thank you for the UI feedback also. I will definitely look into whether or not we can make the BSL info more readily accessible from the information panel or elsewhere.

With Louw Nida I can easily do the 5 W's & H, then using visual filters things are marked. (who what where when why How). ? another current resource? What about in production?

UBS is producing a similar dictionary for biblical Hebrew (http://www.sdbh.org/home-en.html )
We don't know when that will be finished. And it doesn't sound like FL is interested in integrating it like they did with LN. As has already been mentioned, they see the Bible Sense Lexicon as fulfilling the same purpose.0 -

do any of these versions contain ( 1john 5:7) the trinity verse

It needs updating where it mentions Logos 6 as if it was the only compatible version.

Just guessing regarding your question:
- Louw Nida was based on the early UBS dictionaries; but that wouldn't preclude a lemma from the Majority Text from being classified in LN (obviously)
- None of the Logos Majority greek text resources are tagged with LN; the Lexham Greek Interlinear for the NT is tagged with LN numbers (it's not MT and as example, no 1 Jo 5:7 Trinity).
- The Logos reverse interlinears receive LN tagging; for Majority text as example (eg 1 Jo 5:7 Trinity), the KJV 1900 has LN tagging
- Louw Nida itself doesn't reference MT unique verses (as far as I can tell)
