Permanently Link different translations

Hi and thanks for your help.

I always use different translations.

I also don't open them in the same way. It can be that I open a version from a devotional and other times from a commentary. My frustration is that I always need to link the translations again.

Is there a way to permanently link different translations with one another? Let's say I open up the ESV on an empty "page". When I click on another translation, let's say the NIV, at the top (this is where I have my favourite translations) I need it to go to the same place in the Bible as where the ESV is.

I will appreciate it if you can advise me on how to do it.

Thanks.

While it is not possible to permanently assign translations to a linkset I would have expected what you are describing here to work. I.e. when you click on a shortcut to a Bible it should open that Bible to the same place as the currently in-focus Bible. What are you seeing?

The closest that comes to mind is a multi-resource (multi-view) panel which is either open and expanded or open and expandable in 2(?) clicks.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

    Good morning (SA time) Graham.

Again I learn from you. I was doing it wrong the whole time. Thank you for your time in helping me. Much appreciated.
