Logos 10 Mobile Interface Glitches
I am running the Logos 10 app on an older Android 9 Nokia phone. Since the upgrade to Logos 10, the app has been very unreliable in terms of the interface. I often encounter situations where the menu refuses to appear regardless of what I do and I am forced to hard exit the app and restart it. I also periodically encounter problems where the interface just refuses to acknowledge any presses such as selecting the change verse reference button. Scrolling the actual open resource generally works, it's the interface features that usually quit responding. I often use the split screen feature and commonly run into an issue where the bottom resource menu appears but the top one doesn't. The result of this is I am typically having to kill and restart the app several times an hour in a typical usage scenario.
On the features side, I really wish there was an option to switch the menu to appear when tapping or pressing on the title bar instead of scrolling up. When using split screen on a small screen device I am constantly fighting for the menu to go away, except when I want it, and then it often won't appear. I also really wish the mobile app would allow paragraphed bibles to be viewed one verse per line as an option as my Olive Tree app allows. This is super helpful when using two Bible versions in dif

Next time this happens, can you please take a screenshot? Once you are able to do that, please open the Help menu and tap "Report a Problem". Attach the screenshot to the email and send it over to customerservice@faithlife.com, so we can take a further look. Thank you!

This is a known issue and we have a case created for it.

This is currently possible. You can make the top and bottom toolbars reappear by either a quick scroll/flick or by tapping the minimized title bar.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I would like to be able to disable the menu appearing when scrolling up as it takes up half the screen needlessly when I am just scrolling through my split screen resources. I want to be able to make the menu appear only when I tap the menu.

Ah, gotcha. Thanks for the clarification. Feel free to vote for this feature on Faithlife Feedback.

Here is an example on a non-split screen. The bottom menu appears as expected but neither scrolling up nor pressing the bar at the top will make the top menu appear. I have to force quit Logos and then it works as expected for a while. I also submitted the logs through the mobile app as requested.

We are unable to find your logs. It's possible that the file was too large (it looks like you have several sync items) and didn't send. Can you please try to send the logs via Google Drive or another file sharing service? Feel free to send the logs directly to me: ali.pope@faithlife.com.
Thank you in advance!

Any updates on this issue? The problem makes the mobile app almost useless for use during a service if the screen goes to sleep, upon waking, parts of the interface no longer work such as the reference chooser. I literally have to end task the app and restart it to be able to choose a new reference and that can be very distracting when trying to focus on the content itself.

Sadly the issue is not resolved for me. I experienced after just a few minutes of testing. Steps I have done:
- Restarted my phone.
- Uninstalled/re-installed Logos
My version is now: 23.0.2 (build 1230002100)

I've been testing and have not seen a reoccurrence of the issue so far so it appears the issue really is fixed this time, Thanks so much!
