Notes - Paste & Delete fails

Hi there

As shown in the video, after pasting into a note and then pressing delete once, the whole note is removed.  I think this is incorrect, should simply delete the last character.

  We were all unable to reproduce this issue, so the case was closed. Are you able to reproduce on the latest stable build 27.0.2 (2051)?
