Text to speech (Android) regularly loses place in a book
I really like the new text to speech feature for my Android phone and tablet. My biggest frustration is that it keeps losing my place and starts reading from several pages prior to my current spot. For example, I may listen for 10 minutes during my drive to work and then again during lunch. When I open the app back up to listen on my way home, it will often start reading from the spot it started from in the morning or even earlier than that. It's pretty annoying to have to continually search for my previous spot. Is there any way to fix this?

I can reproduce and have created a case for the team to investigate. I'll reach back out on this forum thread when the issue is resolved. Thank you for reporting, Tim!

You're welcome. Thanks Ali! I've finished two books already, so I really enjoy the feature. It will be much more enjoyable if I don't need to try to find my spot so often.
Also, because of the layout with the text-to-speech, the bottom menu covers up the page numbers, so even if I wanted to remember my place by page number, I'm not able to do that.0 -

We are aware of that issue and apologize for the inconvenience at the moment!
