A screenshot is best. You can only copy/paste the query, but not the settings.

Let me re-phrase my question.
Say for example I'm reading, Taking Hold of God: Reformed and Puritan Perspectives on Prayer. On page 9 there's a quote from Luther; "the hardest work of all" referring to prayer.
If I wanted to refer to that quote while being in a forum, isn't there a way to insert that resource page in the forum so anyone who has that resource would be able to click on my inserted link and be taken to it in their resource?

ok, I just figured it out. I highlighted a portion in a resource and then selected copy location as: URL .

The L4 option would avoid going thru the internet --> Atlas in Logos Help.
