Restart on Mac
How do you restart logos in a Mac? The program downloaded some updates and then said the resources would be added when Logos was restarted. On windows restart was a hyperlink on Mac it’s not so I don’t know how to restart even after searching the forums.
Maybe, as some have suggested, we should have a restart button option when prompted to restart.

How do you restart logos in a Mac?
You need to manually close it (the red button in the small menu at the top-left of the application window) and then start it again.
At least, that's the only way I've found to do it.

You don't per se, you close it (Cmd-Q the quickest way), and then run the app again.

I’ve been doing that but nothing. The pop up massage still showed up. I upgraded to iOS Ventura and that restarted the whole thing.
Maybe the command + Q will work. I’ll try it next time 👍 Thanks 🙏

AH! Note Graham and DAL, pressing the red button does NOT close the app! It just closes the window - the app is still open! try it, and then look on your dock - you'll see the dot below the Verbum icon, indicating it is still open. You have to either Command-Q or go to the menu (the Mac menu) where it says 'Verbum', and click it and then click 'Quit Verbum' (why Command-Q is quicker).

This is a good thing for a new mac user to know... and this is true for most every app.
Another way to close apps is to do so from the doc. Press and hold the icon. Choose "quit" when the menu appears.
