PC sync with Android abruptly stopped
[Posted this in PC thread also, but thought I'd repeat it here in case mobile users could weigh in also.]
I'm running the latest version of Logos on PC and the latest version of the Android app on a Pixel 6 and a Galaxy Tab S8.
All has effortlessly synced until about the last week (though sometimes I've had to press "Sync your data" in the Android app to do so).
Now I get the exclamation point for sync failure on both Pixel and the tablet. So my reading plans, among other things, aren't available cross-device.
The Faithlife forum indicates Sync is up and running. I feel like there's probably a very simple fix, but I've yet to discover it. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm on pc and android and it works for me. You probably did this... but maybe a reboot on both devices??

I'm running the beta version on Android but I am experiencing the same problem.

I am sorry to hear that you are having this problem. We would appreciate it if you could both send in your logs (if you have not already done so).
1. Open the app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
3. Tap Help.
4. Press “Report a Problem”
5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Press “Send” to send your report.0 -
HJ, your reply is golden! Totally forgot I'd signed up with Android Beta. For now, as I need the Android versions to sync, I've uninstalled Beta and gone back to the last SR and the problem is solved.

Joe, thanks for your response. It's a Beta issue which for now I've resolved by exiting Beta.

This may be related. Now that I have the regular mobile app rather than the beta syncing happens except for the reading items on my home page. There the updating is stuck between 2 and 98% and most error out if I check for the current reading.

I would like to investigate this further, James.
Please send us your logs, this could provide us with information about these problems.

This has been fixed in the latest Android update 22.0.0 (1220000070) that was released today.
