Started Workflow - Can't delete. Get "An error occurred during synchronization, click to try aga
I have a started workflow in logos 10 on my Lenovo Legion laptop (Windows 10). The notes that I write in this workflow are saved as documents. I can see them in the docs tool and on the web at documents.logos.com
For about 2 months now, I have the red exclamation mark in the sync area.
I tried to delete this workflow. Several times I right clicked on it, then hit delete - this does works to delete all the other started workflows, but not this one. I tried to delete it after completing it, but it still will not delete.
I tried deleting it in documents.logos.com as well.
It deletes there, but still will not sync with my laptop.
The red exclamation mark is annoying. Other things seem to sync fine, like new updates or new purchases. I think it's just a local issue on this particular laptop. My Surface Pro 7 does not show this particular started workflow and syncs fine. Any ideas on how to delete this started workflow would be greatly appreciated.

Try deleting it whilst working offline. Start Logos with CTRL key held and click "Work Offline"
As this will start logging, upload the logs before you restart Logos again.

Thank you Dave! I hope I did this right. I attached the log 4401.Logos (3).zipzip file

I have dealt with similar issues (though I'm running Logos on Linux) and found that deleting the Documents folder and all its contents from the local install fixed the problem. For me, it was not syncing from local to the cloud - it seems that your issue involves an item that was synced at some point to the cloud, so I'm not sure that it would work.
I'd personally try making some changes to the workflow and notes in it, saving it and seeing if that allows a clean sync. If so, maybe you'd be able to delete it then...?

Thank you Dave! I hope I did this right.
Did you delete the Workflow? Otherwise, take up Frank's suggestions.

Thank you, Frank! Sure appreciate these ideas! I tried filling out the started workflow with new notes in each section. I got the entire workflow completed with the green circle saying 100% done. Then I closed it. Then reopened it. All those new notes had been saved. Then I tried to delete locally on my laptop, both when working offline, and again when working online. Still could not delete it.
But I think the Documents Folder deletion idea would work. I want to try that, but I'm not sure how to find that particular folder.

I tried working offline and deleting there but still unable to delete. I tried Frank's ideas as well. So far, I can't delete the started workflow. Only the one will not delete. All others deleted normally.
Now Logos support says it's a known issue. No timetable as to when they will fix. Thanks for trying!

Thank you, Frank!
You gave me the right instructions from the beginning, but I didn't carry them out properly.
Today I finally found the locally installed documents folders. Previously, I was looking in the wrong place for it. But today, I actually found the right folder. I kept that folder open as I went into the logos program and then, into the workflow. I made a few changes to the workflow notes. Then I looked at documents folder for the time those changes were made & I figured out which files were associated with the one "started workflow" that I could not delete.
Then I closed the workflow and closed logos. Then I deleted that workflow from documents.logos.com.
Then, on my laptop, I deleted all 3 of those files in 2 places: docs and workflows. (I think one of those files was dat.sh-m). Then I reopened Logos and the "started workflow" was no longer in my list of started workflows!! Yay! Logos 10 now syncs perfectly, I ran sync repair, and it is all fixed. No more red exclamation mark!! Thanks again1
