Unexpected result when trying to open Panel´s Menu.

Hello!

When try to open Panel's menu, it opens the panel in "float this panel" mode. So I can't use the link set tool.  Any idea? Until now, I noticed this behaviour in these resources. Thank you.

Note: Using Windows 11, Mac is ok.

    What you are showing is an information panel not a panel menu. Are you clicking on the 3 vertical dots (kebab).

    That's right, MJ, those dots. However, it doesn't open that info panel, takes me to "float this panel" view. Thanks!

    Are you sure you are in a resource panel i.e. the book is open in it's own tab? Can you provide a screen shot of the menu you are seeing? It sounds like a tab menu rather than a panel menu which confuses me.
