Issue with controlling Proclaim slides from iPad

This morning I had an issue with not being able to control Proclaim slides from both the Logos App and the Proclaim Remote on my iPad.

    I'm on vacation this week so not at the church, but another user seems to have a similar issue posted in the Faithlife Social Media page

    It seems slightly different - in that Dennis can't see the Control option, which I could. But it may all be related
