How do you guys avoid endless prayer lists?

Hey guys,
In the mobile app, any prays due today across all your prayer lists are consolidated in one place. As far as I can tell, that feature is not available in the desktop app. Which means I need to pray for each prayer list individually while using the desktop. Now I have a dilemma, I want to have many well organized play lists because it makes thinking about, creating and tracking prayers easier for me. But at the same time, that because unwieldy/tedious to actually pray very quickly on desktop.
I figure some of you have encountered this before, any suggestions?

I only have 1 prayer LIST that is addressed by all my devices. I can add/answer/delete individual ITEMS on the 1 LIST.

Well, that's one way doing it I guess [:S] I personally would go insane with only one list, but I'm in awe that you can!

I can only tell you how I do it.
Aspirationally (meaning it doesn't always look like the way I want it too
) my prayer lists are divided into the times of the day when I tend to be thinking about certain things. For instance, current events is morning because that is when I tend to read news, etc. Prayers for church people tends to be in the middle of the day. Which works well because then I am often prompted to text or reach out to specific people. Family tends to be later afternoon. Later evening tends to be more personal.
The only topical list I have these days is prayers about things I am studying and I am asking for wisdom and insight.
I do like the summary list that the mobile app provides so I use that quite a bit.
I've gone through several iterations of prayer list organization and I've settled on this because it provides the least amount of inertia to the thing I want to do.. which is to pray. I worry less about praying for everything knowing that the reminder will always be there for the next time I focus on praying.
