Courseware videos not showing
I hope someone is able to help me. When I try to play the video for a course, I only get audio with no video at all, only a blank white screen. If I login to the web app, these same courses work just fine. Any idea if there's something I need to do to make it work on Logos Desktop? Thanks for your help.

Have you have got Windows with an Intel Gen 11 processor (CPU) e.g. Intel i5-11xxxx then you need to update the graphics driver. In my case, videos would work with the Program Setting Enable Hardware Acceleration = NO but certain tools would not work unless it was YES. An update of the graphics driver fixed that and I could leave it as YES.

Thank you Dave! My video drivers are up to date, but you caused me to check the "hardware acceleration" setting. It was off, and turning it on corrected the problem. Thank you so much!

Yes enabling hardware accelleration in the LOGOS settings worked for me too. At first I looked in the windows settings and the drivers etc but found this article and it fixed the problem. https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008520751-Troubleshooting-Media-Problems

Thanks! This worked for me. I first thought it meant hardware acceleration in WINDOWS settings. But it is the LOGOS settings that need to be set to this. Thanks again.
