My notes are disappeearing

I have notes and Bible Study Homework I work on all week and I go back and days of work are gone!!

What is going on just started last week.  I lead next week do I have to print every day as to not lose my work?

Please help.

    I recommend you call tech support.

    Welcome to the forums. We need to know if you are running on a PC or Mac as well as L9 or L10. But for a starter, have you looked for the notes in your trash can?

    Also, are you updating notes on both your desktop app and your mobile app? Some users have complained about the loss of data because of the mobile losing data and then syncing with the desktop app.

    I am only running desktop on both Mac (laptop) and PC and it is L9 and I did look in the trash.  I have part of the lesson it just takes away part of the note it is as if it does not save the daily work.  So if I have a 6 day lesson, days 1-4 are all answered and complete  but Day 5 and 6 disappeared and were not there when I went to print or pull up for class

    Thanks for the additional information. Are you putting the notes in a Notebook? Have you checked by time created that they are not outside the Notebook? I'm just going through the most common reasons that notes are reported as missing.

    And I should ask the obvious - are the same notes missing on both machines?

    They are in a note book and yes I have done that it is just bizarre it has happened twice and now not trusting the software - looking for what I may have done or any ideas

    I suspect its best to ask customer service to take a look at this as all the usual causes have been ruled out. I lack the expertise to search transaction or sync history to dig into the actual cause.
