Should the search string honor AND honor only return verses where the word is repeated?

I would expect this to resolve True AND True for single occurrences - repeated words I'd look for with something like honor WITHIN 1-50 WORDS honor

honor BEFORE honor is simpler. honor AND honor is not positional and acts the same as honor OR honor
