Page flip broken
I am surprised that I don't see anyone else talking about this but I have two Kindle 10's, a friend's new Kindle 10, and a Google Pixel 6 pro that all have the same problem. On the mobile app, scroll view works fine but when I switch to the page flip setting I can't turn the page. The whole screen just shifts to the left half an inch but will not advance. I liked having columns for reading which you don't get on scroll view but I can't get it to work. I have tried everything I can think of. I first noticed it after I got click happy on one of my tablets and enlarged the screen slightly but I put everything back to normal but ever since then every one of my devices is stuck. Any ideas?

Same here. I found that I can fix it (at least temporarily) by downloading the book if it's not downloaded, or delete the book if it is already downloaded. Once you take either of those actions you can scroll in the book again. Seems like something is getting corrupted in the book and needs a 'reset'.

Page flip is still broken. When I enable it the page will divide into 2 columns but then I swipe to turn the page and I just get a blank page. Then the whole app kind of stops working. I can't swipe back, if I change back to scroll view the text still doesn't reappear, and if I toggle through other books that I have open in that layout the proper book will display while they are on the "carousel" but when you choose one the broken blank book is the one that is displayed. I have to force close the app and then it will start working again. This is happening on two different Kindle HD 10's using different books to break the app. Any thoughts?

I have a Kindle 10 I'm using it right now and page flip is working. Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling?

I haven't. I was hoping to avoid that. The behavior is definitely different after the update but still not as intended. Thanks for the help. It is good to know that it is not a kindle issue. That might be my only alternative at this point. I just don't know why both of them would alter their behavior after the update but also demonstrate the same problem. Weird.

Well the fresh install seems to have helped a little. AWE by Paul Tripp seems to be working normal but my ESV will flip pages but every other page flip has the text shifted to the side and you cant read the words on the left side because they are "off the page". Flip the page and its normal, flip it again and its back to the words being off the page. I just don't know

Please send us your logs, this could provide us with information about these problems.
1. Open the app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
3. Tap Help.
4. Press “Report a Problem”
5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Press “Send” to send your report. Please mention that this is in connection with the forum thread "Page flip broken".0 -
Ok so I am still having problems with this but when the problems occur the help button does not work. I have been trying for days to get it to do something but when its broken and acting up the help button and most of the buttons on the bottom menu no longer function. Is there some other way to get to the logs?

ok I assumed they got wiped if you cleared the cache and forced it closed. I will see what I can do thank you
