NIV Listeners Audio Bible
I was using another companies bible app and purchased the NIV listeners audio bible. It worked great.
I decided to switch to Logos so I bought the NIV audio bible again but have not been able to make it work in a manner I would expect. I create a new page and add the audio bible to it and I can listen to the audio but I cant swipe to other pages after doing that. And then when I exit Logo's its gone because I cant save it. So every time I want to listen, I have to go open it again.
So it appears I can open the audio program from logos but its not part of Logos.
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Rich. I can reproduce and have created a case for this. I'll reach out when the bug is fixed. Thank you for your patience!

Hi Rich, we are no longer able to reproduce this issue on our end in version 22.0.1. Can you please let me know if you are still seeing the issue?

Hello Ali,
Its better but not 100%. As I get towards the bottom of one chapter in my daily reading plan it will jump the audio to the next chapter. Not nearly as crazy as it was but certainly not ideal.

My apologies, Rich, but I'm confused. Are you still using the NIV Listener's Audio Bible?

Yes, I normally used the NIV listeners bible in the morning to listen to my daily reading. So I have the NIV Listeners bible linked to my default bible.
I just pull up my default bible and read as I listen. I can pause and review commentary as needed. So to keep up with the Listeners bible you have to keep scrolling the NIV bible. That is what causes the NIV listeners bible to jump to next chapter, or back to previous. It was super bad before but now if you get too close to the end it jumps the audio. I can provide screen shots if needed. Its more annoying than anything.0 -
Thanks for the details, Rich. I'm still not able to reproduce. I'm seeing proper behavior between the NIV and the Listener's Bible. Perhaps screenshots would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

I would say its fine for now. Something has improved since I posted this. I wish there was more intelligence in the follow when it came to an audio bible but not sure what it would be.
The main annoyance now is going back. As an example I am listening to numbers right now and as I do I am typically reading NIV and various commentaries. So I scrolling around a fair amount for obvious reasons.
When chapter 8 finishes the bibles (audio and regular) it moves on to 9 and the audio of chapter 9 starts playing as you would expect. But if scroll either the bible or commentary up one click of the mouse wheel the NIV listeners bible jumps back to the previous chapter (to the beginning). At that point I have to go to the listeners bible and move it forward a chapter.
Thank you Ali. Appreciate the response.
EDIT: Just realized this was in mobile section. I had two issues with the listeners bible. The one explained in my first post here and another on desktop (see link). So you can ignore what I said above as that was in response to the desktop chaos. The mobile app issue has apparently been fixed as I have been using it. Not the easiest setup to use but I am giving it a chance as it might just be me.
