Using parallel passages, it populates correctly but it doesn't allow the user to scroll to view the other text. I can expand the window and see more but I can't scroll. See photo

Thanks Mattillo - Trying to reproduce your problem taught me about an resource that was pretty much unexplored.
Other than bumping this post back to the top of the list my reply is only helpful in that I can confirm the misbehaviour.
BTW I tried to add the 'Chronological Bible' when building your example but could find no reference to it. Am I missing something?

My biggest concern with the photo above is that I cannot scroll to right to see all of the results from the Pauline resource.
As for the Chrono bible, that is a PBB I picked up along the way (no doubt somewhere from the files forum). Not sure why you aren't getting anything but I compiled mine as a Bible Harmony. Maybe that is why it doesn't show for you?

Just giving an update -- was able to replicate this and that's definitely a bug. I'll create a case and address this with our team to further investigate, thanks again for all the input and information to help us track down the issue.
