Highlight repeated words in Android mobile app?

Is there any way to highlight repeated words in a passage using Android mobile app? I find this feature so useful on the desktop app.

By "highlight," do you mean a visual feature? Do you mean a search with terms temporarily highlighted? I think the answer is no to both, but it may be good to know more about what you want to do.

I think it is probably the visual feature. On my PC, I can hover on a word and it will highlight that same word everywhere it appears in the passage.

Yes, unfortunately that feature is not on mobile. It may come in the future, but I would not anticipate it anytime soon.
