Well, I think I nailed it down. It seems to now be THE COMPLETE BOOK OF WHO'S WHO IN THE BIBLE by Philip Comfort & WALTER A ELWELL.

I could not help but see a bit of irony here. If you had a when and where book in Logos, you could find it.
In a more earnest note, I also have it but cannot find it available on logos.com. Perhaps it was discontinued.
But Knute, are you saying you cannot find it in your library, or you cannot find it as a book available from FL?

The complete Book of When and Where in the Bible does not seem to be available to buy, but it is a different book. I have it in my library and the support info listed is:

This resource was available in many of the Logos 5 Base Packages. That is when I added it to my library...back in the fall of 2012.
The book you are asking about used to be available in the Tyndale Bible Reference Collection (12 Volumes). Please see archive.org for a reference at https://web.archive.org/web/20170630165944/https://www.logos.com/product/8101/tyndale-biblical-reference-collection
However, the "same" active Tyndale Collection now only includes 7 volumes, please see https://www.logos.com/product/8101/tyndale-biblical-reference-collection
Sorry, but I do not believe the resource from the Rusten's is currently available from Logos.

FL doesn't willy nilly remove resources from purchase, so there is an issue somewhere.

Hi Kenute, I'll take a look at this for you. When a product is removed from the website there are a variety of reasons, but the most common has to do with the rights with the publisher. This is the case for this item but we are working to get permission from the new rights holder to get it back up. When we lose the rights to sell it, it is removed from the website for new purchases, but anyone who owns it keeps the rights to it.

A Couple of Formatting issues. When I open this in Logos web there is no timeline links plus the star of David is missing instead we get the Letter Y. The first timeline date is not in bold like the others.2166 BC Y ABRAM IS BORN

I'm having fun poking around in it too. I found an interesting tidbit that at first surprised me (that ice skates were that old), but then when I looked online to verify that date, I found out that it's inaccurate and they are actually probably much older!
