Code does not work again. I even got the email reminding me to check out a book. I guess it's rather comical, how hard can this be to remember to activate the code each month. I am trying not to be ungrateful, just take the program away if it's too much work to maintain.

    Wow I hesitate to say anything more than if FL chooses to offer this gracious gift each month, why don't they notice it's not working....why don't they tighten up their procedure so that whoever triggers the email blast announcing it, has the responsibility to also ensure the code is set up to work....why doesn't someone have on their work task list to set this up the first of the month or notify the backup person if they will not be around...why doesn't someone from FL who is browsing these forums today at least pass on to someone that this is broken...FL sure makes certain the email marketing blasts always go out though, don't they...

    This is February 4th.

    If someone offers another a gift and then doesn't give it to them, this usually creates much more ill-will than not offering a gift at all. Starting tomorrow, I for one am just filtering/deleting these emails when they come out each month, if this is not resolved by COB today. The lack of professionalism is very frustrating; it's not worth it for a book each month. Get your act together, Faithlife. 😡
