BUG: Cannot Login to Faithlife Ebooks
Running Android 8 on Samsung Galaxy A5. Ebooks v.22.0.1.
Logos Bible app v22.0.0 installed and working for some time with several books downloaded..
After installing, EBooks suggests my Logos Account and I select that but it does not recognise my Library, only listing KJV which is downloaded, and ESV where it "Could not open online resource". The Account in Help lists "64884" (and I only get Help when it feels like it!).
Nothing changes when I reinstall and force a full login (Account + password).
There is no option to download the ESV from its Book Info (on the one occasion I got the book menu to respond) and it says "This book is only available online because it is not part of your Logos Bible Software library". It only happens to be my Top bible...
EDIT: I get exactly the same problem when installed on Galaxy A12 with Android 12.

Hi Dave, we're sorry about this issue. The fix for this is to uninstall/reinstall all Faithlife apps that are currently downloaded on each of your devices - Ebooks, Logos, Verbum, Biblia and Faithlife Study Bible.
Please let me know if this solved the problem for you or not.

That seems rather drastic. Is a fix envisaged with updates to all Android Mobile apps?

Have you updated all of the Faithlife apps already? That should also fix the issue.

Just updated Logos Bible to v23.0.2 Beta and downloaded Ebooks v22.0.1 and it has finally recognised my account!
