My birthday just passed yesterday, hint hint, and I didn't receive my usual gifting
I received my birthday coupon on Feb 1st. Did you perhaps unsubscribe from receiving some or all emails from Faithlife?
When I opened up my Logos my February coupon code was displayed on the Home Screen. I used it right away. There was no E-Mail.

My February code was on my Logos home screen when I opened up the software.
Go to your Home Page in Logos and make sure you have "My Logos Messages" checked. Then you will see the coupon code on your home page.
It’s better to call instead of waiting. I haven’t received an email for like 4 years in a row now, so I get the coupon elsewhere or call. Everybody should start doing the same.

I want to underscore what James said:

While I did receive my eMail (and already spent the coupon) earlier this month, sometimes the mail may be filtered into spam, get lost or whatever. It may be worthwhile to look onto home screen once in a while.
I never received mine back in November, but it was never promised by Faithlife (nor expected by me) so I never worried about it.
I don't think I got one in October. Don't see it in my Gmail messages.
For some reason I never get an email in my main account but I get one in my test account. It's also on the Home Page (with "My Logos Messages" selected), which I almost never look at. Maybe I should look at the home page more. But the coupon code is the same for everyone each month so it doesn't matter where you get it as long as you get it somewhere.
I bet anyone who didn't get their code in a previous month could call customer service and they'd work it out for them.

I haven't looked at this in years, and maybe FL hasn't, either. My page doesn't show an option for "Personalized Offers" as the policy demands. Having said that, I don't think I've missed one in the past. But having said THAT (the second "that"), I haven't gotten one for my February birthday.

Correction from my last post: last year, I contacted CS stating that I hadn't gotten an email, and they confirmed that I'm set up properly. So they communicated the code via an email. The notification doesn't appear in my home page. I'll contact them again. I wonder if they are losing interest in the birthday gift.

I did have an interesting conversation (via email) with customer service, and the Logos rep told me to do all the things that I had done in the past, but which are no longer available on the profile page or which are still in place. For example, she said that I had not entered my birth date, which I had, and it's still on my profile page.
Also, I have set my home page within Logos (Windows, version 23) to receive "My Logos Messages", but it doesn't show up there.
Perhaps my threats about only having occasional birthdays is being realized.
Thank you!
