Copying Footnotes

Hello when I copy text I do not get a footnote/citation
. I have all settings correct. I also do not get the footnotes that come within a certain text.

You have the Copy option set to copy footnotes as text. What happens if you switch it to Auto?

actually Text might be the best setting - but see this thread https://community.logos.com/forums/t/100790.aspx that discusses whether Google Docs supports copying of citations
