Slides in Preaching Mode not loading

When I click into Preaching Mode, the web browser opens my sermon and my slides. However, in the last few weeks, the slides are not formatted and don't load completely. In the past, it showed small versions of my slides which were fully formatted. Is there some way to force them to load fully?
