Turn off selection popup menu

Is there a setting that can be toggled to turn off the menu (shown below) that pops up every time text is highlighted? I'm using the Logos 9 desktop app (incidentally after the 2023/02/23 update, but this menu has been bugging me for a while now).

Yes - its in the Text Display section of Program Settings
