Synchronization errors
I’m not sure what’s wrong but my notes and top Bible are not synchronized across my devices. How can I fix this on my iPhone 12 Pro Max? I’ve tried synchronization manually and turning my phone off as well as deleting the app

Which way is not working?
If you take notes on your desktop do they appear on your phone, and vice versa?
And when you mention your Top Bible, do you mean you are changing this and the change is not propogating?
Is there an indication of a sync problem on the desktop? This would normally result in a red exclamation mark in the middle of the "sync circle"

Notes do not sync in my iPhone from my PC and vice versa.. I have changed my top Bible from CSB to ESV. It does not show on my iPhone. There is a red exclamation mark on my PC with a circle

Your post count shows that you changed your email address i.e. account ... are your phone and desktop signed into the same account?

I suggest you:
- ensure diagnostic logging is enabled
- stop Logos
- restart Logos
- click the sync button and wait until the exclamation mark appears
- close Logos
- upload logs in a reply to this thread

Are these log files actually from today?
They show Logos version 9.10 and have 'datestamp' of 2022-02-25 suggesting 25th Feb 2022
If they are from today, what date does your system show and why are you running an old version of Logos 9?

They are from today and I am tried doing the update and it was done automatically but it is still in the old format

What date is your system timeclock set to?
What version of Logos software are you running on that system?

It says NA under date. Logos 9.10

It says NA under date. Logos 9.10
I would focus on these before trying to fix anything else.
I don't understand what you mean by NA - where are you seeing this?
On Windows, you should be able to see the system date from the system tray
And the latest release of Logos 9 is Logos 9.17 - and this should have been automatically updated anyway to the Logos 10-based Logos 23.
What happens if you issue the Logos command "update now"? Does that trigger any form of update? If so, what happens next?

Logos 9.10
This is singificantly out of date. The newest version of the L9.x engine stream is L9.17 SR2. If for some reason you can't or don't want to update to L10, at a minimum you should update to this version.
I suspect that some of your problems may be related to this issue.

If Graham's suggestion of update now does not produce results, it is possible that you have changed settings which prevent this from working. If that is the case, please report back your Logos Internet Settings. A screenshot might be the easiest way to convey the info.

I finally got it to update. And it is syncing now.

I got the date issue to become current by deleting and redownloading Logos. Thanks everyone.
