Notes

  • Added support for Shift+Enter within a list.

This is a favorite feature that I use often in Word. Thanks for including it in Logos.

However...

  1. In a bulleted list, in the middle of a line of an existing text, press [Shift-Enter]
  2. Two new-line-characters are added, not one.
  3. If you press backspace, the text returns to its original look It is not possible to erase the extra new-line without erasing the next character of the text.

I'm hoping this is fixed soon. I really like to use this functionality.

Edited: When I tried this on a different Note that already existed, it worked as advertised. I am unable to look at the raw characters, so I can't tell whether a [Ctrl-L] is inserted for [Shift-Enter] or not. I'm hoping that the Logos wizards can keep poking around under the covers to discover what the difference in these behaviors might be. I would REALLY like this functionality to work.

a bump of a post without responses in hopes of getting an answer

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Jack, are you still experiencing this issue? I was not immediately able to reproduce, though I might be misunderstanding the issue at hand.

The more I try to make it fail, the more it works perfectly. I will keep tickling it, and if it can be reproduced reliably, I will get back to you. Thanks for following up, Savanna.
