CRASH adding Factbook tag to Orthodox church

Can you elaborate what this means or what you were doing besides adding a factbook tag? Apology, this might be my own knowledge gap on this piece. I'm assuming you are adding a factbook tag and selecting the Orthodox church from the auto-complete sugguestion drop down or something else?
Here's kind of where I am working with. Let me know if i am way off or in the right direction. If so, steps to help replicate would be appreciated.

I had been adding Factbook tags using this layout
I was going down the TOC of Factbook for items to use as search arguments. First search for headwords, and if there were none, simply search for the text.
I had simply opened a search result, selected the text, and clicked on add Factbook tag when the system decided to take a break - it crashed. This is mindless enough work that I didn't know what resource I was in.

Sorry, I'm still not sure where you are when you are adding your Factbook tag. I have similar replica of your search panel, but once I have my Factbook opened and looking in the panel with all the ToC terms but not following this part.

I don't know what the hit was on what resource that caused the crash. It was simply one hit in a list of hits. If the logs don't identify the problem that caused the crash, I can't help.

Okay, thanks for the response. The log really just indicates the resource was unavailable. Best route might be to revisit this if you experience the crash again with some further details. So far off my test and another's we didn't crash.
