I am trying to toggle on Facebook underlines, but it does not seem to work.
The Facebook link itself works.

Which resource - and please post a screenshot (use the paperclip icon in the forum editor)

I don't understand what you mean here - if you don't have the underlines enabled the link isn't active. Please clarify
(And I assume that you mean Factbook and not Facebook)

I think the problem stems from Dark Mode.
I can see the underlines in regular mode.

Dark Blue underlines on dark background lacks contrast for easy reading.
