endless download of resources
I just recently upgraded to Logos 10 Silver. The desktop app shows that I now have version 10. However, none of the resources are downloading. When I check the library it states that the particular resource in not downloaded and it shows never-ending spinning wheel icon.
What do I need to do, aside from close and restart the desktop app., in order to get the resources and datasets to download?

Welcome! [:)] SOrry you are having troubles. [:s]
aside from close and restart the desktop app
Did you already do this? If so and you are still having troubles, you may need to provide logs (see my signature line).
it states that the particular resource in not downloaded
Which resource? What are your Logos internet settings in preferences? (a screenshot might help).

JT,
Thank you for responding. Yes, I have tried that several times, which is why I asked for other possible fixes. As for your second question, apparently all the resources that should be a part of my L10 Silver upgrade, are giving me the endlessly spinning wheel icon. I have checked a dozen or more titles so far.My internet settings are the same as they have always been, and this is the first time I have had this issue. However, since you want to see a screenshot, I have included that.

The obvious question is why only internet from midnight to 10am? Try changing it to midnight to midnight.

Matt, thanks for the reply. I will give that a try. However, its never been an issue in the past.
The obvious answer to your obvious question, is because that is my preference..... [:D]

After combing through the community posts more, I came across a thread from 2019 about a similar issue. There was a suggestion of forcing an indexing cycle by typing "rebuild index" in the go box.
I tried this and it seems to have resolved the issue.
All my new resources are downloaded.
Thanks again to each of you that tried to help me out.

That may or may not have been the problem. One solution that many of us have moved to is to select "no" to automatic downloads and to manually download when we have the time and inclination.
