We have a case created to fix this. Thank you, Tim!
I am finding more situations of interlinear data misalignment in NLT and other interlinear Bibles (example below). The misalignment is not only noticeable when comparing the surface line with the manuscript, lemma and root lines in both interlinear options, but also in the Information pane and lemma Bible searches. (See 1 Peter 3:2 in search: logos4:Search;kind=BibleSearch;q=$CF$86$CF$8C$CE$B2$E1$BF$B3;syntax=v2;documentlevel=verse;match=stem;in=raw:Single$7CResourceId$3DLLS:NETBIBLE2ED;viewkind=passages).
► Do you want me to report these as I find them?
Example: (1 Peter 3.2 NET & NET2 Interlinear misaligned)
For the record: As best as I understand your issue, I am not seeing the same thing in the NLT. However, I am not on beta. I didn't notice which forum this was posed in until after I had starting creating my reply.
Thanks for checking, JT. When I fist saw the problem, I reindexed my whole library thinking I had some corruption. When that didn't fix the problem I started this thread. It seems like the Reverse Interlinear dataset the for NLT had a problem, but now I see it in different places with NET & NET2.

A number of translations reverse the Greek word order i.e. 'reverence' then 'pure', but NLT (and others) also align with the correct Gk words. NET & NET2 were the only ones I found with incorrect Gk word order.
