Help with Advanced searching in collections
I am trying to create a collection of top theologians, but I want to exclude a series from an author. How would I modify this collection search to give everything from N.T. Wright, except for the series titled For Everyone.
Author:"Macchia,Frank","Keller,Timothy","Fee,Gordon","Wright-N.T.","Brueggemann,Walter","Nouwen, Henry",
When I try "Wright-N.T. ANDNOT Series: For Everyone" I don't get any Wright books.

Try this:
(Author:"Macchia,Frank","Keller,Timothy","Fee,Gordon","Wright-N.T.","Brueggemann,Walter","Nouwen, Henry") ANDNOT Series:"for everyone"
This treats the Author rule and the series rule as separate things - note the brackets around the Author strings - and should give you the result you are looking for
