23.2 (23.2.35) is now available
The Logos Bible Software desktop application version 23.2 is now available to all users.
To immediately update to the current stable version, enter the Update Now command. Otherwise, the app will automatically update the next time it is scheduled to check for updates.

Laptop won't allow installation. I get the prompt to install, which leads to an error, attached. I run as administrator, no difference. Reboot, no difference. I have 23.1.33, Windows 11 laptop.

Thank you. So far, that's been a disaster. Followed directions for quick reinstall, but I get the same error on the exe file to reinstall. Will have to contact support, I guess.
UPDATE: Now i can't use Logos at all, and cannot reinstall it. Online chat could not help. Case was created, am on hold for support. This only happens with Logos; I DLed and installed two other programs without problem. Disaster.
SECOND UPDATE: Tier 2 was able to resolve by downloading the .msi file; the regular executable was not working, gave bogus permissions message.

This only happens with Logos;
Actually, my horror stories revolve around XML editors and cable providers not Logos.

Should my Mac version look the same as my Windows version? They both say "up-to-date", but my Windows version has the updated look whereas my Mac does not.

They should look the same. Are you updating from a previous version (Logos 8 or 9)? What MacOS are you running? Does it meet the system requirements for Logos 10?

My mac says software: 9.17.0.0020; Features: All Logos 10 Features; Base Package Library: Logos 9 Library. But my windows version says Software: 23.2.35; Features: All Logos 10 features; Base package Library: Logos 9 library

Minimum macOS for 23.2.35 is macOS Big Sur 11. Logos Wiki => Logos Downloads Archive shows 9.17 SR-2 (9.17.0.0020) was the last stable release for macOS Mojave 10.14 and macOS Catalina 10.15
Current web apps https://app.logos.com & https://app.verbum.com can be used on macOS Mojave 10.14 and macOS Catalina 10.15

As I said, this only happens in Logos. No other application is affected.
