    Not a baptist... but some of the best books I've found (in Logos availability) are:

    Duties and Authority of Elders by Thomas B. Warren

    Biblical Eldership by Alexandar Strauch

    A Treatise on Eldership by JW McGarvey

    Opening up Titus by David Campbell

    John C. Maxwell is an evangelical pastor who has written plenty of stuff on leadership that Faithlife carries. There may be other stuff of his of interest to you that Faithlife does not (yet?) sell.
