BUG Dragging website link to Favorites - icon problem

While it is possible to drag and drop website links from FF browser to te Favorites tool, the favicon associated with the website is replaced by a generic icon [|>_].

Used to work correctly in L9, seems that the new version of the Favorites tool loses the favicon. Unfortunately, without the favicon in place the link is less recognizable.

When drag and drop to the shortcut bar, the favicon is retained:

Perhaps this can be fixed same time the bug with drag and drop of documents (cp.thread https://community.logos.com/forums/t/211430.aspx ) will be fixed?

Interesting that dragging to the taskbar retains the icon AND allows user to edit the icon, but same functionality does not exist if dragging to the favorites folder.

Hopefully so, since documents also have the generic icon indistinguishable icon. I wish the word, excel, pdf, powerpoint, etc. icons were retained in Favorites as well as the unique website icons to let you know which website it is.

Thanks for the report. I've created a case to get this fixed.

This has been resolved in v24.

I'm confused. It looks to me like your screen shot shows that it has been fixed. The icon has changed ... what are you expecting to see?

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I am expecting the icon that shows in the shortcut bar:

When dragging the URL from browser to shortcut bar, the favicon is correctly displayed (see horizontal bar at top of screenshot), when dragging URL from browser to favorites, it seems replaced by some generic icon

Thank you for bringing this back up, I'll take a look and check back in on the case we had for this.
