BUG - Apparatus error

I may be doing something wrong, but I think I've found a section of text that's in the wrong place.
In the Tyndale House Greek New Testament Apparatus, Titus, there's a section of notes that appear to belong to Philemon.
In the screenshot below, everything below Titus 3:13 looks suspiciously Philemon-ish.
Eating a steady diet of government cheese, and living in a van down by the river.

Looks like the book header is missing. All the links work right (both apparatus, and TGNT).
