How can I hover over an English word in the Legacy Stardard Bible and see the original Greek or Hebrew at the bottom of the screen OR always see the original Greek or Hebrew below each English line?

You need Logos Silver Feature Upgrade to get the Interlinear data for Greek and Hebrew.
The reverse interlinear for the LSB is a work in progress. The New Testament reverse interlinear for the LSB is available through some Logos 10 feature upgrades, as it is a separate product from the LSB itself. Those who have upgraded to packages with access to the LSB New Testament reverse interlinear should automatically get access to the Old Testament reverse interlinear once it is ready.

It is not sold by itself its part of a silver feature package, both gentlemen above have explained that already. Call the sales department they can tell you what you need to purchase in order to get it.

Currently the LSB Reverse Interlinear is only available as part of certain Logos 10 upgrade options.
However, we do intend to make it available as a separate purchase in the future.
