Access courses in Logos
I purchased some of the Zondervan Video Courses (e.g.,Cultural Apologetics Video Lectures, Know the Creeds and Councils Video Study).
when they were on sale. Subsequently, I received an e-mail on how to access them in Logos. This e-mail describes four ways on how to do it. Here is part of the e-mail:
1. Online: Launch the web app Click My Courses in the top left, then select a course to open it. |
2. On Desktop: Open the Logos app |
However, neither one of the two above mentioned courses shows up in the Logos app or in the web app.

I don't own them, so I can't check. However: Double check that they are on the same account. For example, click here and see if it is "owned."

I have only one account and the course shows as "owned".

Thanks.
Since "method 1" involves the web app, there isn't much to trouble shoot there. "Method 2" involves the desktop app. It is possible that the resource has not been downloaded. Are you familiar with cloud resources? If so, have you checked your settings?
Outside of that, I don't think there is anything else to try. You'd need to contact FL directly.

Yes, the course is downloaded to the desktop app. I can see it in the Library, just not as a course tool.

The Zondervan courses aren't truly considered courses within Logos. They are classified as "Media Collections" in your library. For them to show up under the Courses tool in the desktop app, they would have be marked as "Courseware" in your library.
Logos really needs to fix the email that they send or don't send it at all if it is concerning a Zondervan course.
