Creating visual filter in BI103 class
Hello,
UPDATE/ ETA: I found the answer to my question. I will leave this here for anyone else confused. The video in this class must be using an older version of Logos. It uses brackets for the search, but I found information that brackets are not used anymore. Use a colon such as Person:Pharisees.
I am new here and trying to follow the example shown in the BI103 Principles of Bible Interpretation Class to highlight/ filter all the words that indicate Satan and the Pharisees in the book of John. My filter is not working and I don't have any idea why. Any help is appreciated. 5123.screenshot2.docx

Under the three balls icon (visual filter icon), have you turned your new filter on?

Hi MJ! Thanks for responding. I did finally figure out that I was using brackets like the in the video, but that is no longer the correct way to do it. It now uses a colon.
