A couple of questions about semantic roles

The screenshot below shows that when running a BWS on ἀγαπάω there are three occurrences where this relates to experiencer:Addressees of Moses

Why are references such as Matthew 5:43 not included (see context menu on the right showing the same people are involved)?

And why, in Romans 13:9, are three of the You shall not statements tagged as Agent while the other is tagged as Experiencer?

Jimmy, it seems Matthew–Luke at least are excluded for some reason. Here’s another example looking at grammatical roles. I know that Matthew 6:13 used to show as an example under “With Subject…” but no longer.
