Are there plans to update the spelling in the Geneva Bible and the notes to modern English?
Apparently there is a version with modern English spelling but with the original notes. Faithlife may comment further.
I am partial to the old spelling and typesetting shortcuts they used in 1560. If anything, I would love for them to retain the Geneva Bible 1560 and add a resource with modern spellings.
Do you mean within Logos or the FaithLife family of publications? I am aware of the 1599 Geneva Bible on Biblegateway.com. The version in Logos that I can see is 1560, which is the original publication date for the entire Bible out of Geneva.

The 1599 version is not available through Faithlife. As you state, they only have the 1560 version.
