What steps do I need to take to figure out why my new logos install will not accept my username and password? I can login online just fine, but not through the desktop app for some reason.

Is your desktop online when attempting the login?
This is required for first-time login of a new installation.

yes it is online, I disabled the firewall just in case it was causing an issue. still no luck

Windows 11, version 22H2 and I used the latest download from the website

update: I called into the support line. I had not changed the time and date setting on the new laptop and that was causing the issue. Once I updated them I was able to log in. Tech support said when they are wrong it does not sync to the server correctly.
