Actually, when the German Bible Society introduced NA28, they had a downloadable PDF for the apparatus (per a web site reference). But it seems to have disappeared.

I had to download it and update Logos. I found it.

DMB -- could you please post some instructions on how to do this? I have the apparatus but I can't figure out how to get the "dating" window open. Thanks!

As Morgan indicates, I created Visual Filters, found in your Documents tab. The actual estimated dating is in the footnotes among the various apparati, and it varies how they're handled. Below, I included 3 (UBS5/NA28/CNTTS) for illustration. UBS5 also has confidence codes. I also included their display in my NT layout, to show how visually useful.
The only major headache is 'V' in NA28 and maybe UBS5 (can be interpreted as a letter or number). I sort of accepted the headache, since I mainly use CNTTS.

I created Visual Filters
That’s pretty amazing. If I wanted to compare two Greek texts for differences, but ignore minor spelling. is this how to do it?

That'd be Text Comparison. It also has an option (Verse vs Interlinear) that utilizes the RIs to compare word for word. Visual Filters make use what exists in a single resource (can be any), versus a search string.
KSFJ is the Visual Filter expert. He has some quite interesting ones.

That'd be Text Comparison.
Does Text Comparison allow you to ignore punctuation, spelling differences etc?
Are there any videos online showing how to do this?

Ignore stuff? Yep.
Yesterday, Andrew (Faithlife) gave us a free training course on tailoring the Text Comparison. Basically, click on the panel's 3-dot menu! That was easy ... who knew? Joking.
Training, probably?

Although sadly, this doesn't cover the punctuation option in the panel menu.
