Unable to export to PowerPoint (Logos 10, version 24.1.21)
I'm running Logos 10, version 24.1.21 on a MacBook Pro with macOS 13.3.1a. I have Microsoft 365 with the most up-to-date version of PowerPoint.
When I try to export my sermon to PowerPoint, I get an error saying Logos is unable to export it. I've tried both options of "fully rendered" and "editable text". I've tried saving the file to my Desktop as well as to cloud storage. Every time I get the same error that Logos is unable to export the sermon.
I've searched the forum. It appears that this bug keeps getting fixed and then breaking again. :-/

It might of been an accident, but it looks like you created 3 forum post for the same incident, just a friendly fyi. I went ahead and removed the two other duplicate post.0 -

This is an ongoing forum bug. It doesn't happen all the time, but it is not infrequent that duplicate posts (or threads) are created.

Thanks Matt. I kept getting errors saying the forum post had failed and to try again. I was quite surprised in the end to see that even one of the posts had succeeded as every time I tried I got the same error message.

We found the culprit to the issue above. We'll comment back here once it's fixed and on on our next stable release.
