Update error "access to that directory"

Is anyone getting this error when trying to install Logos 4 update since beginning of May:

Logos 4 Error writing to file: C:\Users\Gary\AppData\Local\Logos4\System\es\Libronix.DigitalLibrary.Controls\resources.dll
Verify that you have accessto that directory

Try right-clicking on the Logos 4 shortcut and choosing 'Run as administrator'. Then enter 'Update Now' in the Command box.

Thanks Melissa. However unsuccessful. Program response was "No Updates available"

However, when the shortcut icon is clicked, a pop up indicates there is an update and it tries to download and subsequently the error message appears.

I recommend calling customer support at 800-875-6467. A tech can troubleshoot your system directly. They're available Mon-Fri, 6am to 5pm Pacific time.
