Bug with Creative Bible Teaching

Ever since I bought this book https://www.logos.com/product/214170/creative-bible-teaching-rev-ed and I restart Logos on the mobile app this black screen shows up. I have closed the book and is not even in an active tab, but every time the mobile app gets restarted (swiped up on my iPhone) this screen pops up (it’s either this or a black screen from the same book).

Awhile ago I had double-clicked on an image in iOS and I had the same exact problem every time I restarted Logos for a long time. It appeared to open with a black screen but when I swiped it down, it was an image popup, and I think the image reappeared when I swiped to dismiss it. There was no way to permanently remove it, even after closing all tabs and restarting. I think I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling…

That is exactly what happens to me. Sometimes the black screen shows up and I swipe it and it shows the picture. Other times it shows the picture. So hopefully Robert’s video can help fix the issue.

I have two screen recordings. Where can I send them. It happens every single time I swipe up to restart the Logos Mobile App. Send me an email so I can reply with an attachment. The two recordings were one right after the other after swiping up the app.

By the way, I downloaded the book and removed it and still it does the same thing. Now that I have advanced to another page, whatever graphics are in that page or section, those are the ones that are showing. It’s kind of becoming a little annoying, but nothing that will kill me 😁

I just tried it and it seems to have fixed the problem. I’ll report back if anything changes again 👍😁👌
