RESOURCE BUG: incomplete links in TOC

Habermas, Gary R. The Historical Jesus: Ancient Evidence for the Life of Christ. Joplin, MO: College Press Publishing Company, 1996.

The sections in the TOC (except the first) are linked but the chapters are not. Shouldn't the chapters be links as well? I am speaking of the Table of Contents in the resource not the sidebar Table of Contents.

Thanks for letting me know my report was unclear. I was referring to the Table on Contents within the resource not the side panel table of contents.
