My Logos 10 Home page is blank
Good day. I’m having trouble with my Logos 10 running on macOS Big Sur. The Home Page is always blank. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still the same. Please help. Thank you.

Welcome to the forums. What elements have you requested be shown (the plus sign on the upper right of the two sections provides the selection menu).?
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Looks like there’s no plus icon. Totally blank. Not even any articles or default quickstart cards, sadly.

I’m running on Logos 10 Bronze. Don’t see this dashboard in mine. totally white background only. Though other functions are working.

There is something strange about the Home page ... after reading this thread, I went to check mine (I keep it empty). I was blessed with a mystery card from Dorotheus. This doesn't solve the OP's blank-page behavior, but the Home page is acting odd (not to mention no clue what resource is participating ... nothing's selected among the menu choices).

You have a Saint's option turned on. Because it is on, it does not show in the menu list. Delete it through the card menu, and it will appear in the Saint's option list again.

Yes ... that's why I indicated nothing selected (though not clear as to what not selected). I notice the card changed to today, so it's tracking some sort of setting.
Before (today):
And after delete card:

We're using our terms differently:
- not selected - item appears on the to add list
- selected - item appears on the home page
Used in this way you have Saints selected.
But while we are using the words slightly differently, we are describing the same behavior.

I guess the interface is above my paygrade.
- Card there; 1 saint choice; unselected
- Card deleted; 1 saint choice; unselected
There's no difference. But anyway, better reutrn to the blank home page.

Have you toggled the home page button?

Yes I did. I click at the other buttons at the sidebar. They’re working. Only the home button doesn’t display properly.

I have no idea if this would fix it, but is there a reason you aren't up to date with macOS?
True. And if the Home Page were a web-app layer, the blank page would need a macOS restart. Quite often with Safari/Logos.

I’ve checked my os software update, it’s showing up to date.

You said that you have macOS Big Sur (which is macOS 11.x). If you indeed have "Big Sur," your computer is telling you that you have the latest version of Big Sur (11.x), but not the latest version of macOS. The current version is "Ventura" (macOS 13.x). This week, Apple announced "Sonoma" (macOS 14.x), which will be released this fall. Here is a list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MacOS_version_history#Version_11:_%22Big_Sur%22
The updates are free. If your computer is capable of running macOS 13, you likely should do so. If your computer is not capable of running macOS 13, it is old.
Side Note: I find it helpful to drop the names (i.e. "Big Sur," "Sonoma") when talking about what you have installed. I only use the names when talking about the upcoming release (currently "Sonoma"). The names change too much and happen every year. I am currently running macOS 13.4, which is more informative than telling people I am running "Ventura."
This conversation <might> be off topic, but it also <might> be the solution to your problem. Currently, Logos requires macOS 11. I would expect Logos support for macOS 11 to drop within the next 365 days.

Noted. Sorry for the misunderstanding. My computer is not able to update to the recent macOS version, sadly. That would also be a very expensive solution to this issue, but probably effective. Thank you for your inputs.

I don't know for sure that your version of macOS is the issue. If you want further diagnostics, you should either contact FL directly via phone OR post logs here for a techie (someone smarter than me) to evaluate. See my signature line for a link to instructions.
