I am not sure if this is a feature or a bug.
Pablo VI and Pope Paul VI are different authors in the web store... do you do this for all authors whose works are available in multiple languages?

Thank you! I should've also noted that the biography of the author at the bottom of the page has a different font, etc., than the rest of the PDP.

The author Revere Franklin Weidner (a somewhat obscure Lutheran theologian who doesn't have a headword entry in any of the type:encyclopedia resources I own) appears twice in the bookstore: as Franklin Weidner (while the books contain a frontpage identifying him as Revere Franklin Weidner) - those are systematic theology works - and as Revere F. Weidner in some Lutheran commentary works: https://www.logos.com/search?query=author%3Aweidner&sortBy=Relevance&limit=60&page=1&ownership=all&geographicAvailability=all&filters=author-17732_Author%2Bauthor-22257_Author
EDIT:
/EDITThere are more of his books in the facsimile vault, not yet available to purchase, which could be made into royalty-free books. Alternatively, Just & Sinner produce reprint editions and may have done the OCR, editing etc already. Please correct the store pages and the Factbook entries which only reflect the (currently two) authors as authors.
Have joy in the Lord!

The "About Ian J. Vaillancourt" section on this page is empty:
According to the author bio on Amazon, it should probably say:
Ian J. Vaillancourt (PhD, University of St. Michael's College) is associate professor of Old Testament and Hebrew at Heritage Theological Seminary in Cambridge, Ontario. He is the author of The Dawning of Redemption: The Story of the Pentateuch and the Hope of the Gospel and The Multifaceted Saviour of Psalms 110 and 118: A Canonical Exegesis (winner of the 2020 R. B. Y. Scott Award).

I think there is an error in the product pages of the three highest french base packages (Logos 10 Argent/Or/Platine). The Greek New Testament: Apparatus (Produced at Tyndale House, Cambridge) is listed as included in these base package:
https://www.logos.com/product/228426/logos-10-platine
https://www.logos.com/product/228425/logos-10-or
https://fr.logos.com/product/228424/logos-10-argent
The product page for the apparatus itself makes no mention of it being included in any base package at all. I have bought the silver package (Logos 10 Argent Français) and I can confirm that the apparatus will not download. Even though the package shows as owned the Tyndale GNT apparatus still shows its price of $20 in the list of resources included in the base package:

While fixing the collection page mentions, the english page has incorrect example pages (pastors doing culture).

https://www.logos.com/product/52084/the-liturgical-press-academic-bundle is very very odd.
• When I click Hide owned resources, everything disappears, even though I don't own everything.
• When I expand, six resources have prices, even though I do indeed own two of them.
• How can I trust the dynamic price when $349.99 + $28.99 wrongly show up as unowned?

Thank you, for your info, the only collection it is included in are the other two levels of the St. Paul Center's libraries. I will work with the team to see why this one isn't showing the other packages however.

Hi, I have refreshed the page information. Can you refresh to see if the unowned materials now show correctly? Based on what I can see there are six resources you don't own in the collection.

Hi HJ. van der Wal, thank you for pointing this out. That item was included on the PDP's in error. The odd thing is that level 2 already showed its inclusion in level 3. Level 1 still doesn't show it's included in anything, though.
And if you want me to buy packages, the previews on hover need to work. Titles without authors and links to product pages tells me nothing, so I won't buy.

Hi, I have refreshed the page information. Can you refresh to see if the unowned materials now show correctly? Based on what I can see there are six resources you don't own in the collection.
Well, that removed some oddities, but added some new ones. Hide now seems to work correctly, and the two expensive items correctly show as owned, but instead of four truly unowned resources I now, as you say, have six. I suspect it's correct, though.
However:
-
La Regle du Maitre needs a preview on hover, and I believe the correct spelling is La Règle du Maître.
- For someone not familiar with the resources, it's probably a bit confusing that at the lower part of the page Liturgical Press Reference Collection (7 vols.) is listed as one item, while further up it has now been split up under several different headings. Even I, who am familiar with the contents of it spent some time trying to figure out why I could no longer see it, before I realized it had been split up.
Also, could you restore my post count? It's getting a bit annoying having to prove I'm not a robot every time. [:)]

Mitch, related to this is a problem reported a while ago that Verbum 10 packages can only be purchased online with the feature upgrade, even if we already have the Logos feature upgrade. We need to be able to purchase the Verbum library only without having to call customer service if we already have the full feature package.
Thanks for fixing the above price error.

This is intended behavior. The Verbum software does contain unique tools not found in the Logos feature sets and as such are included when you go to purchase a Verbum package.

So in order to get a Verbum library I have to buy the Verbum feature set even if I have the Logos feature set?

With dynamic pricing, it's no big deal. Going the other way owning the Verbum feature set, buying the Logos feature set was one dataset IIRC.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I don't think I understand "IIRC". Also, Mitch used the plural, "unique tools". How would I see what is included in the Verbum feature set that isn't included in the Logos feature set?
It just seems to me that if one already has a full feature set from Logos, that they should at least have the option of buying only the library. Customers should be able to decide for themselves whether or not they need the additional features from Verbum (and vice versa if coming from Verbum).

Hi Jordan, IIRC means If I Recall Correctly. In order to see what is being added all you have to is visit the library you're interested in and click "Hide Owned Resources". As long as you're signed in you'll see all the new book first, then as you scroll down you'll see the same thing for the Features. That is where you'll see the full list of the various tools I was referencing that would be added.

Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be showing accurately either. For example, in the picture below I have ticked "Hide Owned Resources". However, I already have all the resources listed under Biblical Commentaries, Courses, Lexicons/Grammars, Manuscripts, etc. It even lists Datasets - even though that is always included in a Logos feature package.
So I am still not seeing what a Verbum full feature package would add to what I already have.

Could you double-check in your library that you "have them" on a permanent license, i.e. own them as opposed to have access to them e.g. through a subscription? If you really own them, it seems the dynamic pricing is buggy.
Talking about subscriptions, if your cost for the Verbum full feature pack is too steep, it should to be possible to get that full functionality by subscribing to Verbum Now - subscriber would then see the library-only packages.
Have joy in the Lord!

Good question. It looks like those are on temporary license, probably because I have Logos Now? Which still doesn't help me determine what 'extras' I would be getting going ahead and purchasing a full feature Verbum package.

Since I already have Logos Now, it would be costly and redundant to get Verbum Now. And again, it seems like there is a lot of overlap. If Verbum Now subscribers can see the library-only packages, why can't Logos Now subscribers see them?
